What's new?

Here is what I have been up to this week AND my plans for the weekend:

My grandpa is now home from the hospital and is doing fine. He even went out to dinner on Wednesday night for a short time.

I am now watching MAD MEN and I am absolutely addicted to that show. I am on season 3 currently and am sad because when season 3 is over.....I have to wait a long time for season 4 to be released on DVD.

I worked 1/2 day today and kinda left pissed off do to another teacher, but that really is a long story to type out.

Ok, my plans for the weekend:

Tonight my husband and I played two rounds of "Scene It" (it is a board game with a DVD if you don't know)

Tomorrow is my church's bake and craft sale that I will be going to.

Tomorrow night we were suppose to be going on a double date with some friends of ours but that is up in the air right now because one of the friends aunts went to the hospital for headaches and she crashed at the hospital and had to have emergency brain surgery and a cancerous tumor was found and it is rather large. She is in a coma right now. I told my friends to feel free to cancel our plans, but they don't want to yet. So we are suppose to be going out for mexican food and bowling tomorrow night, but I am pretty sure that will be canceled and I should find out soon. If it is canceled then my husband and I will go to flattop grill for dinner and then see the new movie "Due Date".

Sunday is my birthday (hence the reason we are going out Saturday night) and my friend wants to bring me a cake. Then of course it is also Halloween so I will rent a scary movie and hand out candy. This is the first year ever I don't have a party to go to. That is pretty weird.

Well that is my life right now in a nut shell. The temperature dropped a whole lot between yesterday and today. Yesterday I wore a tank top and today I wore a winter coat. It is freezing right now. All my plants are now brown since that have frostbite from last night.
